What's the decorative magnet?
Easily decorate as you like your refrigerator, dishwasher or washing machine with decorative magnets. It's really simple, nothing more is required. Do it yourself.

Decorative magnets allow decorate very simple appliances or other ferrous surfaces that have magnetic properties.

They can be applied and removed without any difficulty and without any change or damage of their equipment.

Each printed magnet has www.magneticarts.pt small reference.

How to apply decorative magnet?
Check if magnet works on your refrigerator and washing machines.

Clean the surface. Apply the magnet on the surface. If necessary easily cut magnet edges to adapt measures to your surface. Apply and remove magnet as you like.

Are the colors i see the real colours?
Alert to the fact that there may be subtle differences in the way of viewing decorative magnets between the colors of equipment, due to the use of various systems such as color CMYK and RGB, the characteristics and calibration of equipment, is not responsible for any interpretations not correct the same from the client. The customer may, whenever it so wishes, request, by mail, information on the reference of colors used in decorative magnets.

How do i receive my order?

The quality of your shipment is our priority. It will be rolled with protective wrapping and packaged in a cardboard tube.

Your item will be ship by post/courier to the address in the order.

You are charged after you confirm your order and before we produce an item(s) to be shipped to you.

Do your Prices include VAT?

The pricing on our website are inclusive of VAT. Magnetic Arts is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Magnetic Arts is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to specify the reason for the return to orders@magneticarts.pt. You will be contacted by our team.

If necessary, we strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method to:

For the return, your item should be as new and complete as received. Any item incomplete or used will not be accepted.

We don't have stocks. All items are personalized with design and format according to each order and cannot be return.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges and credit card payment fees applied will not be refunded.

The magnetic gift consists in a box with a Christmas magnetic card and a voucher.


In the Voucher you’ll find the type and size of the decorative magnet chosen and bought. The recipient of the voucher can choose among all available online models/designs according to the specifications in the voucher.

The voucher has a promotional code that should only be used by the recipient in the order process in www.magneticarts.pt

The promotional code is valid for one use only.

Each magnetic gift (and the promotional code) is valid for 6 months, identified in the voucher.

The magnetic gift is valid for the type and size of decorative magnet identified in the voucher and cannot be targeted for return, refund, exchange or replacement for any other form.

The Magnetic Arts is not responsible for incorrect or improper use of the promotional code provided on the magnetic gift, being the sole responsibility of the customer to safeguard its proper use.
